1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first Pro or Enterprise billing cycle. If SMMCAPTIONIFY does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. This guarantee applies to the first payment only and does not cover subsequent renewals.

2. Eligibility

The money-back guarantee applies to:

  • First-time Pro or Enterprise subscribers.
  • Initial monthly or annual subscription payments.
  • Payments made directly through our website.

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Free tier users (no payment was made).
  • Renewal payments or subsequent billing cycles.
  • Subscriptions purchased through third-party marketplaces or resellers.
  • Enterprise custom agreements with separate terms.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our money-back guarantee, contact our support team at support@smmcaptionify.co within 14 days of your first payment. Include your account email and reason for the refund request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the period ends. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period after the 14-day guarantee window has passed.

5. Downgrades

You may downgrade from a paid plan to Free at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for downgrades. Your data and generated captions will remain accessible on the Free tier subject to Free tier limits.

6. Failed Payments and Suspension

If we are unable to process your payment, we will attempt to retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription may be suspended and you will be downgraded to the Free tier. You may reactivate your subscription at any time.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension. If a chargeback is found to be invalid, we reserve the right to recover associated fees.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your subscription applies to you.
